V

V3

Our secure platform that allows uniform and easy communication between all parties in MOF across three channels: voice, video, and text messaging. This platform protects patient information and maintains HIPAA compliance while remaining accessible from all around the world.

Verbal consent

Consent given over the phone by a patient to an enrollment care manager. Members of the enrollment team call partnered clinic patients to invite them to begin services if they are eligible for services and if their clinic takes verbal consents.

Virtual Staffing

Virtual staffing in healthcare refers to hiring and working with remote healthcare professionals or support staff who perform clinical, administrative, or operational tasks without being physically present at the healthcare facility.

This model has grown rapidly due to telehealth expansion, workforce shortages, and the need to reduce overhead costs while maintaining high-quality patient care.
